Wing Commander Worthington

The Jet Ranger was used for things like the Milk Race, the Nottingham Marathon and other major events. It had no role equipment and the communication systems were dreadful, using the handheld radios strapped to Ian Worthington's waist who is suitably attired as Biggles, much to the amusement of Dave Saunders in the back of the helicopter.The photograph was taken during a 'Training Day'.
