Nearly fallen off a back of a lorry!

Photographed at a time when traffic officers enforced traffic legislation, Pc Paul Woodward has escorted a somewhat top-heavy lorry to an inspection by Ministry of Transport examiners. The driver and vehicle operator were subsequently reported for summons.
