The Launch is the first to arrive at a road accident!

It was always the responsibility of the Traffic Department to attend road accidents and they were usually first at the scene. So, as the River Patrol was manned and operated by the Traffic Department, it was only right that they should attend this incident on Queens Drive, Nottingham. Had the car rolled over anymore times the car would have been totally in the Launch's domain!
