Goods Vehicle Check at Felley

Inspector Dave Brammer looks on at Felley Depot near to Junction 27 of the M1 as the traffic department carry out a scheduled check of goods vehicles using the motorway. These exercises involved Ministry of Transport examiners together with HM Customs and Excise who examined the vehicles' fuel for duty paid or not.
