This view was taken sometime in 1976 and is looking south east from the roof of Victoria buildings, Bath Street. On the left is Bath Street Police Station, situated in the south west corner of Victoria Park and at the junction of Robin Hood Street. The Shipstones pub in the centre is the Bath Inn, at the junction with Handel Street. Behind this is the Salvation Army Mens Hostel, Aberdeen Street.
