Trumpton's Green Goddess!

Photo kindly supplied by Rick Spouge who says, "A Green Goddess based at Carlton TA Headquarters during the Firemans Strike in 1977 which we escorted to fires and incidently helped to put some of them out, as we were the only ones who had breathing apparatus, provided by The Frogman Section. with very little training on how to use it. (ask Ken Randall who still has a blue face after a fire on the upper floor of a large house with narrow stairs at Waterloo Promenade, Forest Road. and guess who got the full force of a jet of water up the arse from the hose being used by the swaddies on the stairs behind me.)

This particular Green Goddess was later deployed to Monmouth in Gwent in 2002 and is now in preservation in Dorset.
